AUTOMATIC DEBIT SERVICE

Automatic Debit Service Enrollment:

Our Automatic Debit Service allows you to have your assessment payment automatically deducted from your United States bank checking or savings account. You have the option to choose your personal debit day any time between the 1st and the 10th of the month. Your United States bank checking or savings account will be debited based on the day you choose and the payment frequency of your association.

Enrolling in the Centennial Bank Automatic Debit Service is simple:

  • Click the "Automatic Debit Enrollment Form" button below to access the request form.
  • Print the Automatic Debit Enrollment form.
  • Complete the bottom section of the form.
  • Attach a voided check.
  • Sign and date the form.
  • Submit your completed request with a voided check to Centennial Bank via mail or fax:

You will be notified by mail when your first payment will be debited from your account.  Please continue to make your payment by check until you are notified.

Changes to an existing Automatic Debit Enrollment:

If you are already enrolled in the Centennial Bank Automatic Debit Service and you wish to make a change or cancel your debit, follow these easy instructions:

  • Click the "Authorization to Change or Cancel Form" button below to access the request form.
  • Complete the appropriate sections.
  • Print and sign the form.
  • Submit your completed request to Centennial Bank via mail or fax:

Authorization to Change or Cancel Form


PAYMENT BY CHECK & COUPON

  • All checks should be made payable to the association.
  • Foreign checks must have U.S. Dollars written on the check.
  • Include a coupon with your check.
  • Mail your payment to:

PAYMENT USING ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE

If you use an Online Bill Payment Service, set up your payment using the “Payment Account Number” which can be found in the upper right hand corner of your coupons. The check must be made payable to your association, and mailed to Centennial Bank, P.O. Box 30061, Tampa, FL 33630-3061.

Using the “Payment Account Number” will ensure that your payment is properly posted to your account. The “Payment Account Number” is different for every unit and payment obligation. If you own more than one unit, please be sure to use the “Payment Account Number” assigned to each unit. Please note that using an Online Bill Payment Service may delay the posting of your payment.
