Jamie began her insurance career in 2005 after obtaining a Property & Casualty insurance license. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 2006 and obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2021. She also became licensed in Life & Health insurance in 2019. Jamie has been a member of the Cabot community since 2006. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and ensuring her clients have the right coverage to fit their needs.

Brent was born and raised in central Arkansas and has over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013 after going through their insurance and risk management program. Brent holds his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. Brent and his wife, Lindsay, live in Vilonia with their three children.

Cassye was born and raised in Texas, but has been an Arkansas resident since graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in psychology in 2013. She obtained her insurance license in 2012 and resides in Cabot with her husband Matthew and their two children.

Shelby, originally from Northeast Arkansas, obtained an Associate’s degree from Arkansas State University in 2012. She now resides in Great Falls, Montana with her husband and daughter. Shelby is pleased to be a part of Centennial Insurance Agency handling the behind the scenes tasks such as licensing, contracting, marketing, and accounting.

Dawn has been with Cook Insurance since 2009. She holds a 220 license for Property & Casualty. She has been in the insurance industry since 2001 and is very knowledgeable in personal & commercial lines.

Malissa was born in Tallahassee, FL and raised in Havana, FL. She moved to Crawfordville, FL in 2001 to join the beautiful nature and people of Wakulla County. Malissa has been in customer service for over 20 years and joined Cook Insurance in November 2019. She is excited to be a part of this amazing team and further her insurance career.

Sabrina is a North Florida native, born and raised in Apalachicola, Florida where she raised her 2 children with her husband Rex. They owned and operated a charter fishing business in Apalachicola for over 20 years before making a career change in 2014. After a short time in Mobile, Alabama, they decided to move closer to home. Their love for the water and especially the gulf coast, chose Crawfordville, Florida to call home. Sabrina started her career in insurance in 2019 when she obtained her Florida 6-20 Adjusters license before moving to sales in 2021. She holds a 4-40 customer service license in insurance. Sabrina started with Cook Insurance in September of 2024. She is excited to work with and learn from such an amazing group of people and to provide excellent customer service to the folks in Wakulla County and surrounding counties.

Meagan is a lifelong resident of Franklin County and has been very involved in the community throughout her life. Meagan began her insurance career in 2011 as a licensed customer service representative. She obtained her property and casualty license in 2014 and is currently a producer in the Apalachicola office. Meagan came to us with 6 years experience in banking and customer service. With over 10 years experience, she is dedicated to providing excellent service with her attention to detail and compassion for the struggles associated with coastal living. Meagan and her husband, Trey, live in Eastpoint with their son. When she is not at work Meagan enjoys fishing, cooking and enjoying the beautiful beaches here on the forgotten coast.

Kirstie was born and raised in Apalachicola. She was previously employed with Centennial Bank as a teller before coming to Cook Insurance. Kirstie holds a Florida 4-40 license and is a friendly face, eager to help you however she can.

Shelley may be a familiar face as she has called Franklin County her home for her whole life. She started her banking career on the teller line in the Eastpoint branch in 2000 before changing up to work in the loan department with Coastal Community Bank for 9 years. Shelley now holds a Florida 4-40 license and with her friendly personality and great customer service you couldn’t ask for a better addition to the Cook Insurance family.
