Our new mobile banking app—featuring a clean white app badge and a refreshed design—is now available in the App Store® and Google Play™. Download it today and enjoy a more intuitive way to manage your accounts.
How the Transition Will Work
To make this transition smooth for everyone, we’re retiring the old app in phases. Over time, groups of customers will receive in-app messages and emails letting them know when their access to the current app will no longer be supported.
These communications will give you a heads-up so you can switch to the new app before your specific retirement date arrives. You’re welcome to switch now, but if you choose to wait, please know that your current app access will eventually be limited—and we’ll notify you when that time is approaching.

We’re here to support you every step of the way. Here’s what you’ll need to make your switch to the new app as smooth as possible.
Know Your Login Credentials
To log into the new app, you’ll need your username and password. If you currently use biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint), your password may be outdated. We recommend updating it now to avoid any login issues.
Need Help with Your Username or Password?
Our self-service recovery tools are available anytime. You’ll need:
- Your account number
- The Social Security Number of the primary account holder
Verify Your Contact Information
If you’ve seen reminders in the current app to verify your email address or phone number, please follow those prompts. Keeping your contact information up to date helps us support you during the transition.
Mobile Banking Enrollment
Before using Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. To enroll, please visit your local branch or contact our Customer Care Center at (888) 372-9788 .
