Protect Your Personal Information

Centennial Bank will NOT call, email or text you to ask for your personal information. We will only ask for your personal information to verify your identity after receiving a request from you.

There are many ways that scammers may attempt to trick you into giving them your personal information. They may use emails, texts and even phone calls to attempt to gain your personal information. Your phone can be tricked into believing a fraudulent call is coming from one of our branches.

Below are a few tips to help protect your personal information.

Help Protect Yourself from Scams:

  • Do not give your passwords, PIN or social security number to anyone!
  • Review your account transactions frequently and report any unauthorized transactions to our customer care center as soon as you notice them.
  • Report suspected or known scams to the FBI online at ic3.gov
  • Make sure you know who you are sending money to at all times.

If you feel you have been victimized by a fraud attempt, contact our Customer Care Center immediately at (888) 372-9788 or visit one of our branches.
