Check to ensure your Mobile App is updated to our more secure version 5.0.20.
- Open your Mobile App either iPhone® or Android™
- Locate the “About” section within the CentennialBK mobile app.
- Look at the section called “Build” to determine what version you have currently.
- If you are not already operating in the most recent version you may need to go to your app store to initiate the update. Continue reading for additional information related to Mobile Apps that are not updated.
Customers who are already operating in version 5.0.20 will not be impacted when using the mobile app. However, customers who may not be using the automatic updates setting or just have not updated the app in general due to lack of use will receive a notice similar to the one pictured below beginning Wednesday, May 31, 2023 until their app is updated to the most recent version.
In some instances, you maybe need to re-authenticate in order to complete the update process. You will need to know your username and password in those instances. Should you forget your credentials you can retrieve your user id and /or reset your password by using the following URLs:
