Phone & Text Scam Circulating
We have received reports from customers who received suspicious calls from individuals impersonating the Centennial Bank - Fraud Department. Scammers have the ability to fake caller ID information to make it appear like the call is coming from a trusted person or business.
Remember: Centennial Bank will "NOT" call you and request debit card or personal information over the phone!
- If someone does reach out to you requesting personal information, please hang up the phone and Contact our Customer Care Center to report the issue if you feel you have been victimized.
- If you do receive this text message from Centennial Bank Fraud Department, “Did you attempt $XXX.XX at (merchant) with card number XXXX? Reply YES or NO Case No 123456.” DO NOT ANSWER "YES" under any circumstances if the transaction is indeed fraudulent.
Please Note: Centennial Bank can and will call you to confirm specific transactions but will not request debit card or personal information.
