Quicken® and QuickBooks® Conversion Guides
Centennial Bank welcomes former Stonegate Bank customers!
If you are using Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Mint®, you may be accustomed to downloading transactions by connecting to one of Stonegate Bank's Intuit® services: Web Connect or Direct Connect. Centennial Bank offers transaction downloads through the same Intuit® services at no additional cost to you.
Our goal is to help minimize interruptions of service during your transition from Stonegate Bank Intuit® services to a Centennial Bank Intuit® service.
Since Stonegate Bank is migrating to the Centennial Bank Online Banking system on Monday, February 12, 2018 there are steps you will need to take before the end of business on Friday, February 9th. Listed below are instructions based on your software (Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Mint®) and bank connection method (Web Connect or Direct Connect). Please download your relevant instructions for details about:
- When and how to deactivate your software from Stonegate Bank,
- When and how to connect your software to Centennial Bank, and
- How to deal with typical post-conversion issues.
