As part of our continued investment in technology and service improvements we will be completing a scheduled system maintenance beginning after the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026. The scheduled system maintenance will be completed by Monday, June 8, 2026.
To help make this transition as smooth as possible we have provided important details below about what you can expect from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026, and how the conversion may affect products and services. Should you need any assistance, our Customer Care Center will be available on Saturday, June 6 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CT / 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET and can be reached at 1-888-372-9788.
Debit/ATM Cards: Your existing Centennial Bank MasterCard® Debit Card will remain in service. In addition, your existing PIN will not change. Debit card purchases and ATM transactions conducted during the conversion weekend may be subject to delayed posting. Once nightly processing is completed, these transactions will be applied against your account and will impact your balance. Customers should maintain sufficient funds to cover all transactions conducted during this period.
Mobile Banking (Mobile App, Text Banking, Mobile Web Browser): Mobile banking, including Billpay and Zelle, will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026. Mobile banking services will resume on Monday, June 8, 2026.
Branch Operations: On Friday June 5, 2026, branches that typically close at 7:00 PM CT will close one hour early at 6:00 PM CT in preparation for the system conversion. Branches that offer Saturday banking hours will be closed on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
ATM: ATM service may be intermittently unavailable from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Interactive Teller Machine (ITM): ITM operations will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Online Banking Channels: Please note Online Banking Channels, including Billpay and Zelle, will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026. On Monday, June 8, 2026, you will be able to sign into Centennial Bank’s online banking system by logging into www.my100bank.com using your current User ID and Password.
Statements: Due to the system conversion, all checking, money market, and savings accounts will have an unscheduled statement generated on Friday, June 5, 2026. This unscheduled statement drop includes any applicable interest paid through Sunday, June 7, 2026. Your monthly service charge will be waived on this unscheduled statement. Your next statement will be rendered on your regular scheduled date. For Business Analysis account holders, the May analysis charge will be applied on Friday, June 5, 2026. If you currently receive E-Statements, you will continue to receive future statements along with notices electronically via Online Banking at www.my100bank.com under the Documents Link.
Cash Management: Cash Management customers have already received detailed information regarding the Centennial Cash Management system changes in a prior notice.
- Quicken/QuickBooks: Your connection to Quicken/QuickBooks will not change. However, you may observe changes in the labeling of transactions upon import.
- Additional Reporting: If you are presently receiving BAI or MT940 reports, there might be alterations to the format.
Telephone Banking: Telephone banking will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2026, through Sunday, June 7, 2026. Telephone Banking services will resume on Monday, June 8, 2026. Online Account Opening: Online account opening will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 pm CT / 5:00 pm ET Friday, June 5th. Service will resume at 8:00 am CT / 9:00 am ET Monday, June 8, 2026.
