Holiday Cash* refers to Centennial Bank Visa gift cards. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Centennial Bank’s GO GREEN, WIN GREEN Holiday Cash*! contest begins on October 29, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (cst), and ends on December 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. cst (hereinafter the "Contest Period"). The Contest Period will consist of four drawings, as hereinafter defined. One *Centennial Bank Visa gift card valued at $500.00 will be awarded per drawing. Winners need not be present at time of drawing to win. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received during the contest period. Each entry continues throughout the contest period, except those entrants who have won at any time during the contest period. The drawings will be held November 12, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. cst, November 26, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. cst, December 10, 2012 at 5:01 p.m. cst and December 24, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. cst.

There are two ways to enter Centennial Bank’s GO GREEN, WIN GREEN Holiday Cash*! contest (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Contest”): the Mail-in Method and the online eStatement Enrollment Method. To enter using Centennial Bank’s eStatement Enrollment, you must complete the enrollment process for eStatements online thru Centennial Banks online banking web site at my100bank.com. You must then also activate at least one account to receive eStatements. Each account activated is an entry. Each entry is eligible for the drawing unless you win at any time during the contest period. To enter using the Mail-in Method, your entry must be received 72 hours prior to the end of the contest period. You should hand print in black or blue ink on a 3”x 5” card the following information: your full name, complete home address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, email address (if any) and mail in a first class stamped envelope to Centennial Bank, ATTENTION: GO GREEN, WIN GREEN Holiday Cash*! ., P. O. Box 966 Conway, Arkansas 72032

Only one 3”x5” card may be included with each envelope and each envelope is considered one entry. Centennial Bank will not confirm or verify receipt of mail entries for entrants. Entry method has no bearing on odds of winning. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due mail entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention.

 

Each winning entrant’s participation in Centennial Bank’s GO GREEN, WIN GREEN Holiday Cash! contest and their acceptance of the prize awarded constitutes their authorization and permission for Centennial Bank to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or statements in all forms of media, without further compensation. Centennial Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on all prizes including, but not limited to, income taxes imposed on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Centennial Bank Visa gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer. By accepting the prizes, winners release and hold harmless Centennial Bank, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, attorneys, vendors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability and claims of liability, regardless of the cause, arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Contest or the award of or use of the prizes. Centennial Bank has the sole power and absolute discretion to interpret these rules and make decisions regarding the interpretations of the rules. All decisions of Centennial Bank with respect to this drawing are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters. No participant or winner shall have any right to challenge or contest any decision of Centennial Bank concerning the Contest, its drawings, its rules, interpretations, determinations, eligibility, verification, timeliness, winners, prizes, or any other matter, except as may otherwise be provided by federal or state laws. Potential Mail-in Entry winners must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility. This form will be provided to all potential Mail-in Entry winners by regular mail following each drawing period. Failure to return completed documents timely may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.  

 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing at 5:00 pm cst on the drawing dates stated above. Centennial Bank will award a Centennial Bank Visa Gift Card with value of $500.00 at the close of each drawing period. There will be a total of four (4) $500.00 Centennial Bank Visa Gift Cards awarded during the contest period. All winners will be notified by telephone or in writing, electronically or U.S. Mail.
