Enroll in eStatements online through your internet banking: select 'edit profile' on the left side of your internet banking screen. After enrollment, complete the survey and select to either get $5 deposited into your account or donate the $5 to United Way of America®.
ELIGIBILITY Employees and directors of Centennial Bank and all subsidiary and affiliated companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son living in your home or accounts with employees as owner or signer in any capacity) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees and directors are not eligible. Centennial Bank’s GET $5 GIVE $5 campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the campaign constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules .
CAMPAIGN PERIOD Centennial Bank’s GET $5 GIVE $5 campaign begins August 16, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (cst), and ends on November 15, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. cst (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").
HOW TO PARTICIPATE To participate in Centennial Bank’s GET $5 GIVE $5 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Campaign”) customers must enroll to receive their checking or savings statements in electronic format (received by email). Must enroll thru Centennial Bank On-line banking site, after enrollment select the survey link and complete the survey. You must complete the enrollment process for eStatements online thru Centennial Banks online banking web site at my100bank.com. You must then activate at least one account to receive eStatements to participate in the campaign. Once account(s) are enrolled you may select the survey link to complete your selection to Give $5 or to Get $5, for each account you enroll. Survey results will be monitored each week day thru the campaign period. Account(s) enrollment will be verified and participants selecting to receive the $5 (Get $5), will receive the $5 by automated deposit into the enrolled account within five business days of enrollment. Donated (Give $5) funds will be presented to United Way of America® in one lump sum after campaign end date of November 15, 2013 but before December 31, 2013.
No responsibility is assumed for late, incomplete or misdirected enrollment or surveys; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention.
GENERAL CONDITIONS Participation in Centennial Bank’s GET $5 GIVE $5 and the acceptance of the campaign constitutes the authorization and permission for Centennial Bank to make a deposit into participants bank account (Get $5) and/or to make a charitable contribution to United Way of America® on behalf of the participants electing to contribute (Give $5). Centennial Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Survey, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By participating in the campaign, participants release and hold harmless Centennial Bank, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, attorneys, vendors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability and claims of liability, regardless of the cause, arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Campaign. Centennial Bank has the sole power and absolute discretion to interpret these rules and make decisions regarding the interpretations of the rules. All decisions of Centennial Bank with respect to this campaign are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters. No participant shall have any right to challenge or contest any decision of Centennial Bank concerning the Campaign, its methods, its rules, interpretations, determinations, eligibility, verification, timeliness, prizes, or any other matter, except as may otherwise be provided by federal or state laws.
