Centennial Insurance Agency is a full line independent insurance agency that began in 1959 as Town & Country Insurance Agency in Jacksonville, Arkansas. In 1980 the agency was purchased by Tim Sparks and the agency name changed to Insurance Mart. On July 1, 2000 the agency was acquired by Centennial Bank (formerly Community Bank) and the name was changed to Centennial Insurance Agency (formerly Community Insurance Agency). Also in July 2000 a branch office was opened in Cabot, AR. On January 1, 2006 Centennial Insurance Agency opened a branch office in Conway, AR.
